Refund Policy

We sell digital goods (game keys / digital accounts). Because these goods are delivered instantly and can be used immediately, refunds are limited as described below.
When refunds are available
- Non-delivery: you paid but did not receive the product within a reasonable time.
- Defective product: the delivered key/account does not work as described, and our support verifies it.
- Duplicate charge: you were charged twice for the same order.
When refunds are not available
- The digital product was successfully delivered and activated/redeemed.
- Issues caused by user actions, platform bans, or violation of platform rules.
- Change of mind after delivery.
How to request a refund
Contact support via the Contact page and include: order email, product, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue. We may ask for screenshots or additional verification.
Chargebacks
If you initiate an unjustified chargeback after receiving a working digital product, we may block future purchases and provide evidence to the payment provider.
